The Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course

This course is essentially the "gold standard" in mindfulness teaching. It is based on the work of Dr Patrizia Collard and Mark Williams and uses scientifically proven techniques to help you really experience what it feels like to be mindful. Research shows that this training can also help you cope better with feelings of stress, anxiety or depression.

By the end of the course you will hopefully have a greater understanding of mindfulness and some valuable tools for incorporating mindfulness into your life.
