8 Week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course

This course is essentially the "gold standard" in mindfulness teaching. It is based on the work of Dr Patrizia Collard and Mark Williams and uses scientifically proven techniques to help you really experience what it feels like to be mindful. Research shows that this training can also help you cope better with feelings of stress, anxiety or depression.

By the end of the 8 weeks you will hopefully have a greater understanding of mindfulness and some valuable tools for incorporating mindfulness into your life. 


Where & when?

The next course will run from Monday 4th February to Monday 25th March 2019 at the beautiful BOXGROVE CLINIC in the village of Boxgrove just outside Chichester. It will be every Monday evening from 6-8pm.



£160 per person for the full 8 week course. Each session will run over 2 hours.

More details (what to bring etc)

The training will be in a relaxed environment in a lovely yoga studio at the Boxgrove Clinic. The idea is to have FUN as we explore what it feels like to be mindful! There will be a maximum of 10 spaces so we can feel relaxed to talk and share with the group.

There will be yoga mats but please bring cushions and blankets as we will be seated for much of the class. Very importantly there will also be the opportunity for us to mindfully drink tea and eat snacks half way through so please bring anything you would like to share!
