Your mindful retreat

I am very excited to welcome you for a day’s minduflness retreat at Cowdray Hall in Midhurst on 27th July 2019.


Very much like the last retreat, the day will mostly be held in silence as an opportunity to “disconnect” and digitally detox for the day! There will however be plenty of opportunities to chat over coffee and lunch. There will be a number of guided meditations including mindful walking in the grounds of the Cowdray Estate.

Teas and coffees will be served with light snacks but we are asking you to bring your own lunch for a picnic on the lawn (weather pending). There will be a gentle “yin” yoga practice to complete the day guided by the talented Ursula Tereba.

The yoga is entirely optional and will be a gentle mindful practice that everyone can participate in regardless of experience or ability.


£55 (Includes refreshments, Yoga and all mindfulness practices). Lunch not provided but please bring a light picnic lunch.

What to bring

Please bring a yoga mat if you would like to attend the yin yoga practice.

Much of the day will be spent sitting so if you would like to bring a cushion and a blanket to keep warm please do.

What to wear

Please wear comfortable clothes that you are relaxed in. The whole focus of the day is your comfort and ease.

Please also bring some clothes that you are happy to walk in, some outdoor shoes and a raincoat for walking on the estate.
