Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can enable communication and understanding between individuals and as a result enhance team integration and performance. Kate offers workshops for small to medium sized teams to enable them to explore how a mindful approach may help them achieve individual and team goals. The format of the training can be tailored to your specific needs and incorporate a blend of mindfulness training, team building, personality profiling and goal setting exercises.

Larger workshops are run with Janet Smith (from Emotional Wellness Coaching). The workshops can either be run in house or from a range of venues across the country.
