Mindful eating retreat

Explore a new relationship with food

SATURDAY 26th OCTOBER 2019 (2pm - 7pm)


Ursula and I are very excited to welcome you for a day of mindful eating and yin yoga at Cowdray Hall in Midhurst on 26th October 2019.


The day will begin at 2pm and this time will continue into the evening when the hall will be lit by candlelight and we will be tasting some wonderful plant based food. The day will involve a combination of mindfulness exercises with Kate, yin yoga with Ursula and a mindful eating experience. A light meal and snacks will be provided courtesy of Feed Me Momma.

The day will again mostly be held in silence as an opportunity to quieten and digitally detox.

The yoga is entirely optional and will be a gentle mindful practice that everyone can participate in regardless of experience or ability.


£75 (Includes a light plant based vegan meal, juice and snacks (all courtesy of Feed Me Momma), Yoga and all mindfulness practices).

What’s Provided

Yoga mats an cushions are available on site so no need to bring your own unless you’d like some extra comfort. Teas coffees and meals are included however feel free to bring anything extra that you might like.

What to wear

Please wear comfortable clothes that you are relaxed in. The whole focus of the day is your comfort and ease. You may wish to bring a watch as you will be invited to switch your phone off for the day.

Please also bring some clothes that you are happy to walk in, some outdoor shoes and a raincoat for walking on the estate.
