Kate is a passionate mindfulness teacher, clinical hypnotherapist, mentor and coach. Originally an academic, she discovered mindfulness when a serious health issue left her severely incapacitated for several years.

Kate went on to develop her career in clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness coaching and mentoring. She has worked with a diverse range of clients from the homeless to CEO’s, in end of life hospice care (Rowans Hospice) and with PTSD suffers. Kate works from a number of locations including doctor’s surgeries and wellbeing clinics. More recently she is taking her work into the great outdoors and coaching clients on the move.

Kate runs a clinical hypnotherapy practice in the Chichester area and mentors for an initiative called REBOOT which supports Eaga Trust members in their personal and professional development. Through her training as an ILM-7* Executive Coach she is currently coaching high achievers in mindful awareness to improve performance and wellbeing.
